Summary: Located in a quiet neighborhood next close to the Wahpeton airport. The home is a great place for families, business travelers or anybody wanting a home away from home. There are 2 beds, and a sleeper sofa and can sleep 5 people. This apartment includes comfortable living room furnishings and a smart TV! There is no cable provided so please don't forget to bring your logins to the streaming services you already use! The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, silverware, dishwater and cookware for guests to use. Wifi is complimentary and available to all guests. Our space is also pet friendly, however, we do charge a $350 pet fee PER pet (non-refundable)! The Space: This unit it perfect for short-term, month-to-month or extended stay rental. Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The wall unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment. Guest Access: Two days before check in guests will receive the address, unit number, lock box code (there is a lock box with access to the building security door and unit key), WIFI information and general rules while you stay with us. Getting Around: Wahpeton is a small community and most services and things to see are all within 5 minutes drive. Other Things to Note: Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened. Basic rule for this would be to keep unit in the same condition it was in upon check in! Thank you in advance! As a reminder, this is a NON-SMOKING unit. We take this rule very seriously. If we find smoking to have occurred inside the unit guests will be charged a minimum $300 smoking fee.
