The patio has a built-in grill with patio furniture to enjoy for fun barbecues. There is a putting green in the backyard so you can practice your putting skills. A fire pit is in the backyard to cozy up to a fun night sitting around the campfire. The kitchen is amazing with high-end appliances and the most beautiful backsplash ever. Counter stool seating for 4 in the kitchen begs you to hang out in the kitchen. There is a large dining room table and seating for 10! The clubhouse is close and you can play basketball, pickleball, or head to the fitness center and work out.
