The Comfort Zone

We are following the CDC/WHO guidelines by deep cleaning the property after every guest with Lysol and Bleach following the regular cleaning schedule. Nice roomy three bedroom, two bath house with a den, finished basement with pool table, Each bedroom has a tv with cable and a fire stick for streaming movies. It is also furnished with two Queen Pillowtop Air Mattresses that may be used in the den or downstairs lounging area.There is a TV in the den and basement. There is a kitchen supplied with all cooking utensils, cook wear and dishes. Amenities include: Soap, shampoo, towels, linens and pillows. High Speed Internet Ironing board and Iron Hair Dryer Washer and Dryer Keurig Cofee maker ( with cofee included) The Comfort Zone is located in the Historic St Elmo neighborhood in the heart of the revitalization efforts. It has a two car garage for parking. Five minutes from Lookout Mountain featuring the Incline Railway to take you up the mountain. Ten minutes away from Ruby Falls and from downtown sightseeing and jumping nightlife. It is also near many restaurants and grocery stores. The location of this house is good for anyone coming to the city for conferences because it’s 2 miles from The Convention and Trade Center.
