Premier Waterfront Vacation Rental Cottage 2 is only a few steps away from the water. Waking up to the beautiful view of the water in the morning. Listening to the wildlife and Mother Nature at her best. The cozy cottage has been updated with new kitchen cabinets, floors redone, new single zone air conditioning units installed for each room and have been repainted to give you that beachy country feel. The spacious living room has a flat screen tv, cable tv, futon sleeper sofa and wifi. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware and modern full-sized appliances, such as electric stove, refrigerator, freezer and microwave. Laundry facilities are on the premises. All Guests receive free Beach Passes to 5 Town Beaches. Also you have full use of our many kayaks, paddle boards and canoes at no additional cost, to explore the Peconic Bay. For outdoor entertaining, each cottage has a screened-in porch with table, chairs, an outdoor barbecue, picnic table and outdoor water faucet. It's only a few foot steps over the lush green grass to the water. After taking a dip, we have an outdoor shower to get you cleaned off. We are in the heart of Wine Country here on the North Fork. There are over 40 Wineries right around the corner to suit anyone's palete with many wine tastings and tours. Indulge in the Historic Culture of Long Island, exploring with plenty of historical sites, farm stands and many unique local shops. Yes all normal everyday needs are only 5 minutes away. There are many places to eat breakfast and lunch in walking distance to fine dining only a few minute drive away. Or catch up with the local Captain right off our docks to get some of his fresh catch of the day, cook and enjoy on the grounds. Tranquility at Its Best!
