Located within a quiet, gated community, this cabin has access to amenities, such as, in-ground pool, play area, and laundry room. Open kitchen/ living room area is the perfect place to gather while stunning floor to ceiling windows provide picturesque views. Updated kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and dishwasher comes fully stocked with everything from cookware to utensils. Seating around the large island makes it the perfect gathering spot while preparing your own meals. Additional seating with the large wood kitchen table. Enjoy relaxing on the comfortable sectional and love-seat. Large flat panel smart TV to watch your own favorite streaming service or provided YouTube TV. Sonos speaker to play from your own library or stream wirelessly from Pandora or Spotify. WiFi internet throughout the cabin. Wake up to beautiful lake views in the master bedroom with sliding door access to covered patio. Master bedroom also comes with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has lake views as well with a queen/ twin-XL bunk bed perfect for another couple or the kiddos. The third bedroom comes with a queen bed. If needed, love-seat in living room has a hide-a-bed to sleep one more. All bedrooms have closets and luggage racks. Enjoy a cup of coffee during sunrise or refreshing cocktail at sunset while taking in the calming views from the covered patio. The lake is a short walk away down the gently sloping hill. Weber kettle and tools provided for grilling right next to your patio. Kids will love the play area or swimming pool just a few steps away and visible from patio seating area. Looking for water access? Our cabin is near a public boat launch and two great marinas for slip and/or boat rental. Campbell Point Marina is a 14 minute drive (8.2 miles) and Kings River Marina is an 8 minute drive (3.8 miles). Public boat launch is next to the bridge in Shell Knob which is a 6 minute drive (3 miles) and only a few minutes to the cabin by boat. Need a day away from the water? Check out the Persimmon Hill Blueberry Farm or the Dogwood Canyon Nature Park! Both within 15-20 minute drive from our home. Silver Dollar City, Branson, or Top of the Rock at Big Cedar Lodge are all under an hour if you’d like to adventure out for some shopping, dining, or shows.
