The Space: Note that you must be 21 years old or more to reserve at a property managed by Go Florida Condo by CRIDOM. You must show official ID to check in.  Le Cartier 430 (more than 1000 square feet) is perfect for a stay up to 4 people, the best option for your “home away from home” since the condo has 1 room and 1 den (1 king bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed (drawer bed), a full equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, and direct access to a balcony. Laundry facilities are available in the building on second floor. The only thing missing is you and your swimming suit. While staying at Le Cartier, you’ll enjoy a moment of relaxation at the pool outside the property or directly at the beach only few minutes walk. We offer free Wi-Fi internet connexion, so you’ll be able to share your memorable moments with your friends. Beach towels and parasol are available to enjoy a day at the beach. Guest Access: Conditions: A minimum 6 nights length of stay is required to stay at Le Cartier. We are asking you to let us know about your arrival and departure time, so we’ll meet you there to check in. You can check in between 4 P.M and 9 P.M. Late check in fee applies for check in between 9 P.M and midnight. On your departure day, the latest check out time is 10 A.M. During the stay, we provide all the basics such as linens, pillows, towels, cookware and dishes. The travellers must do the laundry during the stay, wash the dishes and empty the garbage. Body soap, shampoo and other hygiene or cleaning supply are not provided. During your stay, you will have access to the entire condo as well as the common spaces of the property. The Neighborhood: Sunny Isles is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Known for the cultural diversity, the fishing pier, and the outdoor activities such as snorkeling. It is one of the safest places to visit with family, you will find several children’s playgrounds around. The Sunny Isles Beach is surrounded by luxurious hotels and condominiums.
