Charming and cozy three bedroom, two bath, all brick home located in a quiet neighborhood in Nixa, MO. You will enjoy the open floor-plan, four smart televisions with DirecTV/Netflix & fast WIFI. The kitchen is equipped with most essentials for cooking a meal if desired. Some spices & oils are made available, along with coffee, tea and a Welcome basket with a bottle of wine, bottled water, snacks and fresh fruit. There are three bedrooms with queen size beds with mattress & pillow covers. The bathrooms are clean and inviting, with the Master having a jacuzzi tub. You will find toiletry necessities in case you forget yours. Guests will have access to the entire home, other than the garage. There is an inviting deck in the back, secluded and quiet, where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. Occupancy maximum is 6 guests, which includes children 0-17 years of age.
