Tall ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. The Golden Goose is an amazing property. We chose this home because of its massive size and great proximity to downtown and the area of Covington. The whole extended family or group of friends can fit comfortably and enjoy a great time together. The showstopper is the huge family/dining room that walks out to a large deck. Newport on the Levee entertainment district and the aquarium are also nearby. The Arc encounter is approx 40-minute drive and the Creation Museum is a 20-minute drive away. Things to note: There is not a bathtub in the house, but the 2nd-floor shower has a handheld shower wand. There is also a baby tub and child-size tub that can be placed inside the shower to make it easier for bathing children. Absolutely no pets allowed due to host health issues.
