The ground floor includes a large covered front porch, one bedroom (King) and bathroom with walk in tile shower. The kitchen has ample counter space and a huge farmhouse sink. The second floor has 3 bedrooms (2 Queen and 2 full beds) along with a bathroom and laundry. There is a private fenced yard area to the side of the house and there are raspberries and strawberries growing in the raised garden beds. Adequate parking on street as well as behind the home. You can park your boat trailer as well. Boat launch is only a few blocks away
