The house sits on the 2nd hole at Tanna Farms Golf Course in the Mill Creek subdivision. Were a short 5-minute drive to downtown Geneva and a 55 minute Metra train ride to Chicago. Amenities include a hot tub for 6, steam room, theater room, weight room , a beautiful bar and a large game room. The following questions must be answered by all guests when booking a reservation (1) What brings you to Geneva, IL (2) How do you plan to spend your time during your visit? (3) Please confirm that you have read the house rules (see below) and will follow them. If you have any questions or want clarification of house rules then please ask. (4). Where will you be traveling from (5) Total number of people staying in the home and visiting during the day/evening (6) What are the full names and contact info for all those on the reservation to include yourself? House Rules: These rules are in place out of respect for the neighborhood, neighbors and local ordinances. 1) Absolutely no parties or events allowed. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and loss of all funds paid for the entire stay. This policy is not flexible. 2). Pre-approved pets are allowed (Maximum 1). The additional cost is $75 per day for a dog. Dogs need to be crated when not supervised. We have a crate that you're welcome to use. Cats are not allowed due to owner allergies. 3)All cars are to be parked in the driveway (Maximum 4 unless pre-approved for more) 4) The house is to be left in the same condition as received. Prior to leaving all garbage will be disposed in the garbage cans and dishes washed in the dishwasher and returned to the cabinets. 5) For the comfort of all residents in our neighborhood, no noise audible outside the house after 9:00 PM and before 8:00 AM. We have a strict policy of no additional guests on the premises other than the pre-approved number during booking process. Any guests over the pre-approved amount will be charged $75 per person per day and/or the stay will end immediately and forfeit all fees paid for the entire stay. Absolute Maximum number of guests is ten . Any exceptions must be approved by the owner. 6). Smoking is forbidden in the house. Any violation of the smoking rules will require guests to pay a $500 fee for special cleaning and eradication of the smell. 7) There are video camera's outside the house which are to remain enabled for the security of the property and guests. There are also video cameras on the 1st floor of the house (front hallway, hallway to side door and living room.) The inside cameras are disabled and unplugged. 8) Guests are 100% responsible for any damage to the house or amenities. You will receive a tour of the home and verify everything is in working order. If anything is not working then it will be noted. A final walkthrough at the end of your stay will verify that there are not any damages and deposit will be released. 9) A copy of your ID is required upon check-in. We truly want all guests to enjoy the house but also please understand that we are very strict on the number of guests out of respect for the neighbors and wear and tear on the house. We are also very strict with not allowing parties or events (weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc.). If you have any inclination to have an event then please ask otherwise strictly prohibited.
