The Cove AC- A Block from the Beach and Boardwalk

This spacious home in the desirable Lower Chelsea District of Atlantic City, is the perfect location for a retreat. Literally steps to the Beach and Boardwalk, and just minutes to restaurants, bars and casinos. This home will comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Come stay at "The Cove” for a perfect shore escape! This rental is for the main floor and lower level of the home. The guest has access to both levels and the front porch. The home has a spacious front porch with seating and a gas grill. (Please note that we do not provide a propane tank for the grill) The main floor has 1 bedroom, 1 and a half baths, a laundry room, a living room area with a television and a new fully equipped kitchen with 2 tables for dining. The lower level has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. As well as an additional room that has a futon sleeper with a large TV, foosball table and bar table. Each bed has luxurious, freshly cleaned linens. Each bathroom will have towels and amenities for our guests. We also have a Keurig coffee maker. The guest entrance is through the front door on the porch, there is also a door on the ground level game and entertainment room. We have keyless entry and you will be provide with the door code for contactless check in. This home is a duplex, with two separate units. The rental is for the lower unit which consists of 2 floors. Please be aware that the upper unit has a full time tenant and may have the potential for regular noise. There are no shared spaces between the units. We are not responsible for the upstairs tenant. They each have their own private entrances and are completely separate. Please be courteous and respectful to the tenant and neighbors while staying at the house. Please note that this home does have exterior and interior stairs. The convenient location has many fantastic bars and restaurants within a short distance. The nearest Casino is the Tropicana, which is approximately a 3 minute drive. Uber, Lyft and Taxi services are available. There is Jitney service on Atlantic Avenue. PARKING: This property does not have a driveway. We do have an open parking area on the adjacent block where you can park off street that will fit 3 vehicles. It is a quick walk back to the house. It is a split parking area so please be courteous of other vehicles and individuals. The parking address will be giving to you the afternoon of your check in day. You may street park closer to the home where available but please be cautious of street signs and regulations. Please be advised to read the city street signs if you decide to park on-street park. We will not be responsible for parking tickets. This home is located in the Chelsea area of Atlantic City, in a beautiful coastal neighborhood. It is only a few minute walk to the beach! AC beaches are free so there are no passes or tags required. Enjoy the beautiful front porch which is perfect for grilling and for relaxing outdoors. This home is in a residential neighborhood, so please be courteous and respectful of the neighbors. This home is also a duplex with 2 separate and there is a full time tenant that lives upstairs.
