We invite you to relax in our spacious and comfortable guesthouse. 75 miles to West Yellowstone and Jackson Hole Wy, and 5 miles to the Rexburg LDS temple. The Sugar House would be perfect for a large family, girl's get away, out of town tourists, BYU-Idaho families or wedding guests. Sugar House is a 3 bedroom, 2,000 sq ft home. When you enter the front door you will see the living room with and a gas fireplace. Just beyond the living room is the large kitchen. There is a separate great room with a vaulted ceiling, and hide-a-bed sofa ( which is mostly for kids , not a comfortable mattress for adults..) This great room is where you can enjoy entertaining large groups, playing family games or watching movies on Netflix. The house sleeps 8 comfortably and has plenty of floor space for little ones if you desire. Bd#1 Queen bed and a smaller master bathroom. Bd#2 Queen bed. Bd#3 Twin bed with pull out trundle bed. Soda sleeper in the great room. Couch for one sleeper The house is fully furnished with all cooking utinsels, pots , pans, basic spices, basic condiments, microwave, coffee maker, dinner ware, blow dryer, TV, and internet/Wi-Fi. There is a washer/dryer and laundry detergent for you use. No AC but the nights cool down nicely. No cable TV. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood. The Sugar House is centrally located in town. It is one block from the park, churches, and two blocks from the high school and elementary school. No pets. No smoking. This is a quiet neighborhood. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. Please remove your shoes at the front door. When you are done with your stay, it is very helpful if you could put all used sheets, wash clothes and towels on top of the washing machine and remove your food from the fridge.
