Awesome water views and good water depth. There are 2 paddle-boards, life jackets, a dock, 2 large decks and a new gas grill for your use. If you plan to bring your fishing boat there is a nearby boat launch at Eptings Landing. Chapin has 3 grocery stores less than 5 miles from the house.
