The Cape Cod Melody Tent is a short walk from the cottage as well. This delightful cottage features 3 large bedrooms, 2 full completely renovated baths, and an open, brand new kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. The formal dining room with a large table that seats 6, leads to a sizable living room with a wall mount flat screen TV over the fireplace. There's plenty of comfortable seating and sliders open to a large deck overlooking the pond. A quaint sunroom sits in the center of the house with wicker rockers and a down-feather love seat, perfect for reading or enjoying morning coffee. This bright and cheerful room will surely be the spot to gather after a busy day. There is also a large side yard with horseshoe pit, bocce and badminton. A circle of chairs around the fire pit down by the pond completes the outdoor scene. We don't allow any parties, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette, birthdays, showers, graduation etc. Ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are a short hop from Main Street. Popular Craigville Beach and Keyes Memorial Beach are 1.5 mile away, beach sticker included ( for free parking)! See a baseball game featuring the Cape League, almost every night of the week in various towns, always free. The Dennis Playhouse and Cotuit Center for the arts produce broadway caliper shows all summer long for reasonable rates. You absolutely cannot leave the cape without a whale watch expedition out of Barnstable Harbor or Provincetown. Guaranteed to see lots of whales!
