Hello! This condo is located conveniently in the heart of Solitude Village. With easy access to Club Solitude (just on the first floor, while the condo is on the second) where you can find a large pool (with a slide!), two hot tubs, a sauna, game room, exercise room, theater room and more! This condo offers plenty of natural light. While only one bedroom, a den adjacent to bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin bed tucked in above it making this space ideal for up to 5 guests. This condo is decorated with love and warmth, as you can see from the photos. The kitchen is well designed with a stainless steel sink and bar-stool seating. The dining area is situated off the living room which can seat your family and friends comfortably. A complimentary laundry facility is on-site in common areas, as well as a secure underground parking garage. There is a storage locker for skis and snowboards on the first floor common area for guest use, great for ski-in/ski-out access! We are excited to learn about where our guests are traveling from. If you are interested, please bring a magnet to the condo from where you are from and place it on the kitchen refrigerator. Access to hiking, biking, world-class skiing, and multiple shops and restaurants are measured in steps. Solitude is a year-round destination and we are committed to helping ensure your vacation is as wonderful as it can be. Please remember that only one vehicle is allowed in the underground parking area. A parking pass is required for underground parking, which you will receive at check-in. In the event that you don’t want to use a vehicle, we recommend Canyon Transportation (800-255-1841) for affordable rates and 24-hour friendly shuttle service. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
