An affordable getaway nestled in the woods. One of the most popular & beautiful hiking trails in the state, Cherry Creek Falls, is located right down the road. Situated on beautiful, lush acreage just outside the quaint town of Duvall. Relax inside the one room cottage with a private gated entrance. Enjoy the surroundings of a grassy meadow & evergreen forest where nature abounds. A queen bed, window bar, mini fridge, hotplate, microwave, linens, coffee, tea & free Wi Fi are all provided. While there is no running water inside the cottage , hot and cold running water are available in separate bathroom for hand washing, dish cleanup, etc. Enjoy a meal or a glass of wine, weather permitting, outside under an evergreen canopy. An amazing separate bathroom awaits you at the cottage. Take in the peaceful forest view while relaxing in the soaking tub, soothing your mind, body & soul. If a compost toilet in the guest bathroom grosses you out, please don't make a reservation here. From outside your cottage door take a short stroll on the property to a babbling brook or enjoy a hike at nearby Cherry Creek Falls. Friendly local deer occasionally stop by the cottage for apple treats. Duvall is a convenient10 min. drive away & has several local breweries, wineries, restaurants & retail shops. The popular Snoqualmie Valley Trail, level for walking or bicycling begins in downtown, leading to Carnation, Fall City & Snoqualmie. Short driving distances away are numerous beautiful lakes and rivers. We don't allow pets, but we recommend Cardiff's Cottage here in Duvall for dog boarding. We are available most often for any needs during your stay. Care is taken for your safety with extra sanitizing to keep the property very clean.
