This lower level suite has 1 bedroom, a cozy living space, finished bathroom and kitchen, with an in-suite washer and dryer. There is a Queen bed and the living room couch is a futon. This is the perfect work from home space with a desk area, and a backyard to relax in when work is done. Please note this is a shared residence with an upper unit suite, both suites have separate entrances; the driveway and backyard are shared. The Space: This bright lower level flat has all the cozy touches to immediately feel like home! Enjoy the spacious backyard, in-suite washer, dryer and dishwasher, and newly installed shower. Curl up on the couch, work from home at the desk, and take a short walk to the beautiful Burlington waterfront! Guest Access: This is a private entrance with a key-code lock box. No more coordinating key exchange, this contact-less entrance gives you all the security and privacy you could want! Please note this is a shared residence with an upper unit suite, both suites have separate entrances; the driveway and backyard are shared. If scheduling is required for use, the default is that Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are reserved yard days for the main house; the remaining days are for basement use.
