A beautiful 5 bedroom historical house built in 1913 for Roy and Ellen Ayers. Mr Ayers was the Governor of Montana from 1937-1941. It is in the historical district called the “Courthouse District”. 3 large bedrooms are upstairs with one bath and 2 bedrooms are on the main floor with 2 baths. The main floor has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, game room and office.
