It is a nicely furnished condo at Monarch Cove located off Horseshoe Bend, Lake of the Ozarks at mile marker 2 and is close to the Bagnell Dam strip. It's a short drive to Osage Beach where you will find plenty of entertainment, restaurants, attractions and shopping. The condo has a dining table and spacious living room that leads out to a screened in porch. The porch has a great view of the lake and includes a table and chairs and natural gas commercial infrared grill. The kitchen has updated appliances and all the necessities you need to live like you're at home. There is an elevator for your use and we are wheel chair accessible, this include the condo and the pool and walk way. The master bedroom is located off of the living room and has spectacular views of the lake and an attached master bath with an oversized tub as rainfall shower head. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a full bed and twin bunk beds. New linens and comforters throughout. The main full bathroom is located near the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board for your convenience. There are pool towels, pool toys, and pool floats for your use. Community amenities include three pools, two hot tubs, a half-mile promenade, gas grills on the pool decks and beautifully landscaped grounds. Our pools open May 1st!
