Nicely furnished and extremely clean, our top floor townhouse is quiet and spacious. You will love your stay in sunny Mesquite enjoying golfing, hiking, gambling, and much more. We do have a pool it is open except for the coldest two months during the year. Up to 2 Non-shedding dogs are allowed (inquire about fees) in this 2 bed/2 bath with a deep - 1 car garage. New flooring, living room seating, fresh decorations, amply supplied kitchen and bathrooms, and extra linens and pillows make this a great choice. A king in the master bedroom, an optional king or two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a comfortable new sofa bed will sleep up to 6. Base rate applies to 4 people. A common area pool, hot tub, and workout room provide extra comfort after full days fun. In unit laundry, a fully equipped kitchen with condiments/spices, sundries in the baths, and special extras make packing light and create a feel of home.
