It's a step back in time with its own little post office, and all the amenities that make a summertime community special including an association dock, tidal beach, community house, tennis court, and playground. It's the kind of place where the memories made here stay with you. Hillside Cottage, with its rustic charm, makes for a perfect get away from it all and a place to make treasured memories. ​ Featuring a spacious living room with fireplace, a dining room, TV room with sleeper sofa, and downstairs full bath with laundry. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and another bathroom. Community dock and tidal beach are a four minute walk away. Tennis courts and play area located steps away. Land Trust walking trails will take you to the East Boothbay General Store or go in the other direction and walk all the way to town. Cancellation Policy: If a Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation any amounts paid by the Guest will be refunded (less any credit card fees incurred) as follows: 100% if canceled prior to or on date 6 months prior to Check-in Date 50% if canceled after 6 months and before or on 3 months prior to Check-in Date 0% if canceled after 3 months prior to Check-in Date Please see our Rental Agreement for additional terms & conditions.
