The master bedroom has a queen bed, television and a door that opens to the back patio. The second bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed. Washer and dryer available for use. This home is in a small private neighborhood on the shores of Lake Butte des Morts. Patio set and gas grill available for use. Backyard is 1/4 acre divided by a channel. There is a fire pit for your evening fires watching the sunset. Enjoy one of the finest sunsets that Lake Butte des Morts has to offer on 50' of frontage. Lakes Butte des Morts, Poygan, and Winneconne are up river lakes of the vast Winnebago system. These 'upper lakes' cover 27,466 acres, Lake Butte des Morts is 8,857 acres. The home comfortably fits 4 adults but could possibly accommodate more guests in a family situation. Please contact us if you have any questions. Memorial day until Labor day are 4 night rental minimum. Please note that this home is located on a very narrow street with a narrow drive. Boat trailers may be very difficult to maneuver in and out of the driveway. We DO NOT recommend bringing a boat to this location. The home is in a bay of Lake Butte des Morts. During windy conditions, the lake can get rough. The home does not have a boat lift. There is a small aluminum dock, however it may not be ideal for docking boats overnight. The bay is shallow and the water at the end of the pier is only about 2-3 feet deep. Neighbors have pontoon boats and small boats to get in and out of the bay. If you plan to dock your boat overnight near the house, we recommend using several anchors and docking off shore.
