*This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome is located on the edge of the community, within walking distance to pools, pickleball, and bike trails, close enough to get to quickly, but far enough to not be disturbed by other guests enjoying the pools. (Some pickleball equipment and pool toys provided at the home.) *In addition to enjoying the community amenities, you can sit and relax at home with patio dining, a private hot tub and fire pit, TV and video games (Xbox and PlayStation), and board games. *Sleeps 12 in beds but also includes 2 twin-sized sleeping mats, 2 toddler cots, and a Pack 'n Play and high chair for children. *There is a fun park and splash pad nearby and great views of the red cliffs and mountains with hikes and bike trails for adventurers. *We have added 4 adult-sized urban scooters plus some children's scooters for fun on the trails and back and forth to the pools. *Our townhome is just 5 minutes away from the Snake Hollow Bike Park and St. George Bike Park. *About 1 hour to Zion National Park, 2.25 hours to Bryce National Park, and 1.5 hours to Las Vegas. *There are beach towels and a few pool toys provided and a wagon to help haul your gear to the pool.
