What's nearby: This gulf-front property sits on 23 acres of Santa Rosa Beach, with 650 feet of white sand shoreline, three pools, two hot tubs, grilling stations, seasonal gas firepits, a fitness center, a virtual golf facility, a clubhouse, and a theater room. Rent a kayak to take out on the coastal dune lake on-site, or wander 100 yards north to explore the pristine landscapes of Grayton Beach State Park. You'll also be less than two miles west of Grayton Beach, three miles east of the shops and restaurants of Gulf Place Town Center, and four miles west of Seagrove Beach.
