It is a 19,000 sq. ft., 3-story, wheelchair-accessible facility attached to an historic Quaker meetinghouse in an historic river town. The ground floor comprises a hall for 120 people, commercial-grade kitchen, boardroom for 10 people, personal discussion room, porch, 4 toilets and 2 baby changing tables. The 2nd floor includes a theatre-style room for 60 adults/100 kids; a 3-room dormitory of 25 twin-sized bunks (50 beds); and 2 bathrooms, each with 3 toilets and 3 showers and 3 sinks. The third floor comprises a 4-room dormitory of 39 twin-sized beds (15 bunks, 8 singles) and 2 bathrooms, 1 with 3 toilets, 2 showers and 2 sinks, the other with 2 toilets, 3 showers and 2 sinks. Lastly, the basement includes 3 foosball tables, a ping pong table, a 2-tub slop sink, 3 counches, and a half bath. There is an elevator, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and free parking.
