Small Cottage on the water

This is the small cottage at 385 Brockway. It has a deck and is on the water. One bedroom, small kitchen, small dining area and sitting area. This house has one queen bed, one small sofa sleeper. I am open to having more than 2 people use the house but please clear it with me first. It is really only suitable for a couple or a small family. This cottage is immediately next door to my other rental in Copper Harbor. And is located at the corner of 4th street and Brockway Ave, which is the street that runs along the water. Only Saturday-Saturday rentals during the summer. Please contact the management for other dates. Thanks.
