Beautiful 2 acres of pristine land tucked away, safe, and private, full six-bedroom house with access to all attractions (Beach, Casino, Outlet mall) less than 10 minutes by car, or 20 by bike. House used to be a church ⛪️ which we converted into Airbnb rental property. The entire inside has been redone; brand new roof, appliances, HVAC system and the like. The back of the house will give space for volleyball, new greenhouse, and camping area. The front has a community garden and plenty of parking for at least 12 vehicles or more. The neighborhood is nice. My neighbors are a doctor, a previous banker, and a retired lawyer. You'll be less than three minutes from two restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy and can buy any essentials needed during your stay.
