The Neighborhood: There is so much to explore in the neighborhood! Most of my favorite local hot spots are in this part of town and within a 5 minute walk of the front door! To name a few: Blue Hen Cafe, Crave Food Truck, Dog Rose Brewery, the views at Lake Maria Sanchez, and walking down Charlotte Street and St. George Street to take in the gorgeous turn-of-the-century homes. Just a few minutes walk north is historic King Street, where you can explore the most beautiful college campus in all of Florida, Flagler College! Just a block away is St. George Street, which is known for it's amazing shopping and restaurants! Nearby, picturesque Aviles Street is an art-collector's dream! Also located in this area are most of St. Augustine's special event venues like The Lightner Museum, The White Room, The Treasury and The Government House.
