Single room in exclusive area, Apodaca, N.L. MX

It is very close to important shopping centers such as Plaza Sendero, Citadel, as well as Nuevo León International Airport, and IMSS clinic 67, KIA motors. Street lights exist all the way and it is very close to high speed routes to move easily, place closed safely to the access to the fractionation and in the access to the cluster. It is a single room with a kangaroo bed, wifi, air conditioning and a bathroom outside the room, TV in living room, kitchen and dining room for communal use. There is a community pool within the cluster as well as a lagoon area with sand that can be used by guests. We have an area to park 1 vehicle in the home (compact or sedan). I will be available to support guests if needed. It is an exclusive residential area, with security in the entrance of fractionation and in the cluster. It is advisable to move in vehicle (we recommend uber or taxi) to leave the fractionation and can walk or run inside the fractionation.
