Our Hidden gem getaway is a perfect spot to get away. ! . The loft is nestled in the foothills of Northern California and will rejuvenate your soul.our loft is located approx 3 miles off the main hwy 193. Situated on a private road and forty acre parcel, you'll be surrounded by nature and rolling hills. We have 2 chocolate labs on the property that may be roaming around.And live directly next door. . Only the 2 registered guests are permitted in the apartment. parking 1 A set of stairs will lead you to a large patio that overlooks the Sierra Mountains. This property is not handicap accessible. Our beautiful LUXURY loft apartment is now vacant after 4 years long term rental. After a full rehab and all new furniture, it's finally ready for rental! The loft and our adjacent log cabin rests on 40 acres with enchanting views of the Sierra’s. Waking up to the morning sun rising over the Sierras, listening to the wind through the trees and the sounds of nature during the day, and the unrestricted views of the night sky unlike you’ve ever seen are the source of peace here. We are located only minutes from some of the best white water rafting in California. Rafting trips can easily be arranged with local tour operators. We can provide you with the contacts to make your river experience amazing! As a special note: We, the owners live directly next door, as you can see in the photos. Because of this, we would like to be clear that this is a peaceful getaway loft. We will be quiet and respect your privacy. And in return, we cannot allow large groups, extra guests, or parties of any kind. Because of our permit,Only the registered guests are permitted in the apartment. Unfortunately you can not have friends up to visit. The LOFT: Now completely cleaned and sanitized according to Airbnb guidelines to prevent the spread of Covid-19. A cozy (900 ft) 2 bedroom, 1 bath with large living room. We have installed beautiful Brazilian hardwood floors throughout. A 12 foot sliding glass door and oversized windows afford spectacular views. The bathroom features an oversized luxury shower, soft pillowy towels, and a beautiful marble sink. The main bedroom features a California King-size Tempur-pedic bed that is brand new. The second bedroom has a queen size, cushion top mattress. The LIVING ROOM is large (400 ft), with comfortable seating, gas fireplace, 55” TV, Satellite, DVD, & free Wi-Fi. The BALCONY/DECK is spacious (200 ft) with seating to enjoy the sound & views of nature. Enjoy eating your dinner al fresco among the beautiful pine trees. THE KITCHEN: The kitchen is truly wonderful. Come home from a long day at the river and prepare a home cooked meal. There is a local grocer just three miles from the apartment. We’ve equipped the kitchen with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. THE DECK: Overlooking the Sierra foothills, comfy seating for taking in the views. Nice railing solar lights for evening star gazing. Unfortunately we can no longer offer a bar-b-que due to fire insurance requirements. WHAT TO DO LOCALLY: We are about 10 minutes from some of the best Class II/III whitewater kayaking/rafting. Some of California’s best off road trails for mountain bike, hiking, & jogging are 2 miles away. In the winter we are aprox 45 minutes from amazing skiing or snowboarding! LEISURE: Confluence of the American River (3 miles) Just spectacular beauty. Also, Coloma (9 miles). Historic site of California Gold discovery: pan for gold, fishing, river activities, beautiful park and recreations service. Finish the day with some wine tasting and dinner with the locals at Marco’s by the river. A LITTLE FURTHER: Lake Tahoe - 2 hours Northeast Napa - 1+45 Hours Southwest San Francisco 2+15 Hours Southwest Los Angeles 6+30 Hours South - Grocery’s and conveniences in Cool 2 miles away - Snack Basket upon arrival for stays beyond 4 days - Honeymoon Package available. We live on site, next door to the apartment; and we will be thrilled to help you plan your getaway. Feel free to lounge in the ethereal fairy garden beneath the stairs with a tinkling water fountain, gorgeous plants, and plenty of shade. Although there is a pool on the property, our insurance will not cover paying guests due to liability issues. So unfortunately there is no access to the pool area.once again , due to our permit, we can only have up to 2 guests on property. We live on site in the nearby log cabin and are available for any needs you might have. But don't worry, we'll also leave you to your peace! Our neighborhood is rural and quaint with white picket fences, nearby horses, chickens, sheep, and goats. We live in the country. While it’s mostly days filled with peace and quiet... there are always neighbors who need to do yard work so I cannot control that aspect.
