Bull Shoals Lake fun is just 10 minutes away where you can rent a pontoon; enjoy kayaking, canoeing, hiking, or biking all within 10 minutes. THE PROPERTY Master bedroom: queen bed / Bedroom 2: queen bed / Bedroom 3: 5 full size beds Enjoy the unique decor with hardwood flooring several fish and game mounts for the full experience of the Ozarks. Our home is ideal for the family vacation with over an acre of land for the kids to play, the guys fishing trip or even the girl’s getaway. If you love the outdoors the bird watching will amaze you without leaving the property. From the back patio you can enjoy watching the fishermen drift by hoping for a tug on their line or relax and play a game of horseshoes to see who’s champion for the day. As night time approaches be sure to watch the fog roll-in, it’s magnificent especially with a bonfire roasting marshmallow for kids & grown-ups. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area that seats six and a breakfast area that seats four. A screened porch to enjoy your morning coffee and the wildlife. A sunroom with a pass-through bar and a bar area with 3 bar stools overlooking the river! A washer and dryer are available if needed. The master bedroom offers a private bath, large walk-in closet, TV and stunning views of the river. Bedroom two offers a queen size bed and access to hall bath. Bedroom 3 offers 5 full beds, a TV and access to the hall bath. THE LOCATION The Best of both worlds close by!! Bring along your lake or river boat to maximize your stay at this riverfront property. River boat ramps are close by for easy launching. If you prefer the lake, check out one of the local marinas just minutes down the road! Don’t have a lake or river boat you can easily rent a john boat or canoe/kayak for the river. For the lake rent a ski or bass boat, Jet Ski, or pontoon for the day at Lakeview marina or Bull Shoals Lake Boat dock. There are several locations to bank fish on the lake & river. THINGS TO DO Need a break from the lake or river be sure to check out the James A. Gaston visitor center, a free product of Arkansas Parks & Tourism well worth the visit. Bull Shoals Theater of the Arts offers a variety of different entertainment-pending show dates. Bull Shoals Caverns is just 10 minutes, several hiking and biking trails to enjoy nature at its finest within 10 minutes. Bull Shoals State Park offers special events each month in season. Indoor & outdoor shooting ranges to test your skills at trap shooting or maybe a round of golf with two golf courses just 30 minutes away. Try your luck at bowling or shoot some pool if you’re waiting for the weather to clear. If antiquing or shopping is your style, we have several places to choose throughout the twin lakes area.
