Therefore, it is private, safe & serene! -The property offers an Ocean View front deck w/ reclining outdoor chaises & BBQ, a relaxing patio courtyard with a garden, "New Water Heater" recently installed for nice hot & warm showers", a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, stove top, cookware, pots/pans, cups, glasses, utensils, vases, recently added spice rack etc. It comes with ceiling fans, portable heater. -We offer Mesh Wi-Fi so there is Wi-Fi in every room! -We offer two TV's, Cable, Netflix etc. & a local telephone. -All bedrooms come with fresh linens & bathrooms come w/ fresh towels, shampoo/conditioner & soap. -Guests can find Walmart superstore/market nearby & close to the house. As well as other convenience stores, local restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shopping center & movie theater are all nearby. -For public transportation: (Uber & Taxi's) are also available for getting around Rosarito. A couple of things to note while visiting: ***IMPORTANT Please Note***: -Upon arriving to the gated community there will be a security post at the front entrance of the private community. Please provide the security guard the following info: Full name, ID, Car Information, Guest Head Count & Address of the Property. Once you provide your ID & all info. Security will then provide a free parking pass. One can park in front or back of the property. -(Check-in is at 11:00AM or anytime after) & (Check Out is 11:00 AM). - There is an ocean view BBQ on the front deck however please note you will need to bring charcoal. -Please respect the capacity allowed staying at the property. The house is not equipped to accommodate any more than 8 people. -Please note: The reservation booking comes with 6 people. Any additional people after 6 is $59.00 dollars per person per night. Max being 8 people at the house. - Please be advised: We have a strict policy on guest capacity. When booking the number of guests for the reservation, it should represent the number of people coming with you to the property! - Please take note, security will contact us if more than the number of guests documented on the reservation are coming & staying at the house.   The reservation could be canceled upon arrival!
