This Mediterranean Style vacation home is situated in the 24 hour guarded exclusive resort style community of Solana, 12 minutes to Disney World and close to all the other Orlando attractions. The Solana Resort offers many amenities free to all guests including a large community pool and spa, gazebo, putting green, playground, and beach volleyball court. The beautiful clubhouse on site has a reception/social area, cyber cafe, fitness room, video games room, and video arcade. This 5 bedroom and 4 bath home has been recently renovated and has two master en-suites and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. It boasts a private south facing pool/spa with heating an optional extra in the cooler months. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything required to prepare a quick breakfast before going to the parks to a full evening meal for a relaxing evening after visiting the local shopping malls. An available extra is the gas BBQ grill for outdoor eating and entertaining American style. The covered lanai offers a break from the sun on those hot summer days sitting around the pool. There is a high ceiling family room with a big screen TV and DVD player for quieter nights/days away from the rush. The home has wireless internet access as well as free calls to the US, UK, and Canada to keep you in touch with friends and relatives. Sleeping accommodation consists of Master Bedroom with king bed and baby crib and an en-suite bathroom. Two queen bedded rooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. There are two twin bedded rooms and two further bathrooms each with a combination bath/shower. The Games Room has a Pool Table and Ping Pong Table to keep you occupied between theme park visits.
