A Great Pond Lakefront 3 bedroom 2 full bath house. House has been completely updated, has a nice yard with a dock (which you can dock your motor boat on) or utilize the canoe & kayak available. Firepit, swimming area & swingset also on site. The house has three bedrooms- 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a balcony off of each, 1 bedroom with bunk beds that are full on bottom and twin on top. The couch in the family room also pulls out to a queen bed. 2 full bathrooms. Upstairs bathroom has a roomy custom shower. Bath downstairs has a full bath tub. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a grille for your use. The house has three decks. A sitting deck off the two bedrooms, a large deck off the family room, as well as a large deck at the water leading to the dock. Large yard for lawn games or just to let the kids run around. Large fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Small part of the lawn nicely shaded with hammock for afternoon naps. Easy access to Seabrook, Portsmouth, Canobie Lake park. 5-10 minute drive to grocery stores, resturaunts, etc An hour from Boston. Closest commuter rail stop is Haverhill. About 20 minute drive.
