Year Round Charming Adirondack Lake House

Our private guesthouse on Brant Lake, less than 10 minute drive from I-87. 30 minutes to Gore Mountain, 20 minutes to Lake George. The beach is private to the property, equipped with chairs, fire pits and kayaks. Dock can accommodate a boat of up to 18ft, with a launch less than a 5 minute drive away. The main house is occasionally available to rent and some outdoor interaction between guests is possible. Part of the driveway is shared, please ask prior to bringing more than 2 cars. The screened in porch is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee while looking over the lake, a favorite of all visitors! House has both air and heat. Home is equipped with 6 beds, easily accommodating a crew of up to 9 people. King bedroom is on the main level, while the larger bedroom is on the 3rd floor equipped with an additional 6 beds and a TV. We no longer provide sheets; comforters, blankets and towels for the beach and bathroom are still provided. Arrangements for sheets can made if needed, for an additional fee. Kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, dishes and utensils. Let us know if you have any specific questions! Garage access We'll be available by phone or email for any questions during your stay. We have an ongoing list of recommendations ranging from hikes to food for your to peruse if interested. House is an 8 minute drive from the Northway/I-87, exit 25. In addition we’re a 10 minute drive to the charming town of Chestertown which hosts a Tops grocery store, multiple restaurants/bars, and an ice cream parlor. A Stewarts gas station and the Crossroads country store is even closer for any quick needs! The house is waterfront and shares a driveway with the main house. There is a small road to cross at the end of the driveway to get to the 100' of private waterfront. Starting March 2021 we will only be offering bed linens for an additional charge of $15 per bed. Guests are welcome to bring their own sheets, but everyone will need to make and unmake their beds. We still offer blankets, pillows and comforters. Warren County now charges visitors a “Bed Tax” for short term rentals. It is 4% based off the total amount of the lodgings- excluding all fees including cleaning. We need to collect starting 2021 but the county has not set up the tax automatically via Airbnb so I will need to reach out separately via the resolution center. Apologies for the additional step!
