Most within our collection of estates are our homeowner’s primary residences- contrary to an industry filled of those contrived, and sparsely appointed investment rental properties. Our luxury properties immerse guests in the finest of amenities and finishes, while giving visitors the true sense of living like a local. Beautiful and spacious luxurious home in the Village of Kohler with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths Over 4800 sq. ft of living space with newly renovated and open concept kitchen and TV room & dining area; dedicated office with sleeper sofa to transform into another bedroom next to half bath; formal dining room and living room with bright windows; full basement with kitchenette, sleeping area, entertainment/gaming space and full bath directly off of 2 car garage. Bedroom 1: Master suite with large walk-in shower, double sinks, and bidet; queen bed Bedroom 2: queen Bedroom 3: queen Bedroom 4: king Guest bathroom on second floor has a shower tub and double sinks. Laundry room on second floor Beautiful yard nestled in wooded area with great privacy. Large back deck with two seating areas, firepit and grill for the perfect outdoor gathering. Numerous walking/running paths and greenspaces all within walking distance. Guests will have access to bicycles and double kayak located in garage. Conveniently located 15 minutes from Whistling Straits golf course (approx. 9 miles) and in close proximity (approx. 1 mile) to the Shops at Woodlake which includes golf swing studio and bar, restaurants, coffee house, and grocery store. Also, approximately 1 mile from the American Club hotel and spa that is hosting all the players and coaches for the Ryder Cup. Blackwolf and other critically acclaimed golf courses within a 5-mile radius. House manager will greet guests and conduct a full walk-through of the home. Daily home visits to insure a gracious experience throughout the week. The home is pre-set for 8 guests, but can hold up to 12 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 9 and 12guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 12 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request) All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. COVID-19 Enhanced Safety/Cleaning: In addition to our already rigorous cleaning procedures, we have implemented a robust checklist using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and high touched surfaces. We deeply value our great neighbors and thus final approval only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence their rights will be respected. NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES will be allowed.
