Panoramic ocean views from your bed... Oversized upstairs suite w/ Cal-King memory foam mattress, large private sun deck and attached bathroom. Wake up to the peace and serenity of the birds singing and the waves crashing off in the distance. Deluxe queen size air mattress or comfy camping hammock available for extra guests. Guests will have full access to kitchen, living room, and large upstairs sun deck. Yoga Space, Stand Up Paddleboards, and guided local surf trips available upon request. Horseback riding can be arranged through Pretty Horses Ranch located ten minutes down the road. Local wine tasting tours can also be arranged for you to Valle Guadalupe. Surfboard shaping studio onsite-- Custom surfboards can be pre-ordered and arranged for pick up or shaped while you watch. Getting to the house the first time can be a little tricky. I can meet guests down the hill at 'Score 33' the local Sports bar (located at Km 44.5 on the free road, just south of the Puerto Nuevo arches) and have them follow me up or talk them up the hill on the phone if you have cell service. Can also guide you to any of the local eating establishments upon request. Located in a peaceful, quiet, and safe family neighborhood. Be sure to bring your binoculars and you may be lucky enough to catch the whales and dolphins playing from the balcony!
