Ocean front home with private entrance to a sandy beach. This spacious property is directly in front of the Pacific Ocean. There are no homes, walkways or structures that block the view or access to the beach. The home has a large multi-level beach patio and is located inside a gated community with 24/7 guarded station. This private community is quiet, friendly & clean. The house sleeps 6 guests, with room for 8 max if guests share beds. 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, spacious living room, outdoor courtyard & an ocean front terrace with private gate to the beach. Private gated community with guard station. Guests have access to all areas of the house except the garage and two locked closets. 24/7 Guard station. Private beach access... unlock a gate and set your feet right on the sand. Via phone/text/Airbnb message system if you need assistance with the property. We stay with one of our neighbors often, in person interactions are possible as needed. This house is best suited for families or groups of up to 8 people. For your comfort, 8 is the maximum number of guests allowed. Our private community is friendly and quiet. We are located on the North end exit of Rosarito, near the big shopping center where you can find HomeDepot and Walmart. Our community is a short drive to downtown Rosarito, 10-15 minutes. Ideal space for relaxing. Near two nice golf courses (Bajamar & Real Del Mar). A short drive from surf spots. Valle de Guadalupe is only a 1-hour drive away. To Ensenada... 1 hour. Across the highway is the Rosarito Convention Center. Ocean view of the Coronado Islands. Please note there no stores or restaurants walking distance from the house. -Uber in Rosarito. -Taxis available 24 hrs/day, 7 days a week. -If you decide to drive, you'll find the distances short and the road safe. This house is located a short drive to the closest supermarket (Walmart, Restaurants, OXXO convenience stores). *This is our family vacation home and visit it often.
