Meet Crescent House, a modern nature sanctuary smack dab in the middle of Woodstock and Phoenicia. Crescent House offers all the escape that nature brings, while providing all of the modern amenities that you’d need. Crescent House is a two story, former artist’s gallery and loft. The first floor contains the kitchen and one guest bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen has a large custom made wood table for all of your guests along with a porcelain sink and brand new stove. The guest bedroom has one queen bed along with an en-suite full bathroom. The guest bedroom downstairs also has its own television with Netflix and Hulu. In addition, the mudroom is large enough for leaving your ski gear or apparel after a long hike. The second floor is what defines Crescent house with its large ceilings and wide-open great room. The second floor also has the master bedroom, one full bathroom, and a guest room with one bunk bed. The great room has a U-shaped couch that can fit all of your guests with ease. The vaulted ceilings are matched with windows that provide the perfect sunset view, including mountain views. On a rainy day, enjoy the top of the line 65 inch Samsung 4K HDR television with Netflix and Hulu. The master bedroom is located via french doors right outside of the great room. It has a large king size memory foam bed to help you relax after a long day in nature or visiting Woodstock & Phoenicia. The second floor bathroom has high ceilings and a full tub to help you unwind from the day. Lastly, the second floor has a bunk room. The bunk room has a bunk bed with 2 twin sized beds that can be used by both adults and children alike. The outdoors of Crescent House are secluded with 4 acres of unused land across the street and nearly an acre of usable land for use by guests. The garden has adirondack chairs for enjoying the fresh air. In addition, the rest of the backyard can be used for playing with your furry friends. Crescent House INCLUDES free EV charging on-site for your Tesla or other electric vehicle. Crescent House is minutes from key locations, such as Boiceville Bread Alone, Ashokan Rail Trail, grocery store, liquor store, gas and the famous Phoenicia Diner. Whether you’re here for a weekend or a month, Crescent House has everything you need for an incredibly relaxing stay. All of Crescent House and its grounds are are available for use by guests. We will not be on premises, but easily available to handle any issues that come up. Crescent House is in a central point right in-between Woodstock and Phoenicia, and beautifully situated in the heart of the Catskills. Our home is less than 30 minutes from Hunter, Belleayre, Saugerties and Kingston. Crescend House is the ideal place to stay to see as much of the area possible. We recommend a car for the greatest possible way to experience the Catskills. However, there are local bus stops less than 10 minutes away. Uber/local taxi is also an option.
