This is a beautiful home on the beach in Primo Tapia, 30 minutes of South Rosarito. It has parking/ private picnic area/ and access to the ocean. Beautiful ocean view. Comfortable 2 story house , 4 bedrooms + 1 bonus room, kitchen, living room. Spacious house perfect for family get aways. Great spot for relaxing and enjoying some time away. *MAX 12 PEOPLE UNLESS GIVEN PERMISSION FROM HOST *Holiday wknd: 3 night min. *No events/parties allowed * SECURITY DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED* The house only comes with a starter kit of toilet paper, trashbags and a small amount of towels. Guests need to bring sufficient toilet paper, trashbags, and towels for the amount of guests that will be staying for the set amount of days. Near town restaurants , taco stands, and local stores. Beach, tacos, seafood, and Puerto Nuevo. Sand Dunes conveniently located less than a mile away. *Please be aware that occasional low water pressure & water supply to home is affected. This is out of our control and it is a common practice for Tijuana & Rosarito to ration water supply. If this occurs during your stay, we will do everything to assist and correct the issue IF POSSIBLE. *The property is a shared space with neighbors, driveway is shared amongst all houses. *Also please note that this home in on a propane tank, if you are having issues with hot water, please let us know ASAP.
