Updated private basement studio with off street parking and private entrance. Very spacious & comfy :) It has its own private bathroom and shower. Washer and dryer available upon request. READ PETS POLICY!! Enjoy your large studio in the basement of our home. You will have both privacy and a quiet, relaxing place to rest and work. You have your own entrance, straight to your private space. Mini "kitchen" includes: Mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine and toaster Backyard includes: Seasonal Hot tub, hammock, a trampoline, a grill, a fire pit, really comfy chairs, and a table NOTE: 1. The hot tub is not available during winter 2. You have to walk down 6 steps to get into the place, they are a bit steep 3. There is one full size kind bed and a full size futon bed (Both are very comfy) 4. You may find the ceilings low if you are 6ft or taller. 5. Homeowner lives in separate part of home 6. We do accept PETS, but we an extra charge a cleaning fee and you must clear with us in advance 7. Homeowners might have to use the washer/ dryer machine during your stay (We will first request your permission and use it at a time that you are not home so it doesn’t bother you) The house has a big parking spot. If you need a bicycle I can provide you one. You can call me and I will help you right away when needed. The neighborhood is very safe clean and charming. Lots of restaurants, Gardner field (sports park), bowling, rockaway mall, movie theater, hiking park, train and bus station to NYC. Everything only 5 minutes away!! 30 miles away from NYC 25 min away from Newark airport Train to NYC is 2 miles away (5 minutes) Uber & Lyft work great. 5 minutes away from hiking in Jonathan Woods 5 minutes from shopping at Rockaway Mall, movie theaters, lots of restaurants, etc. Please note that this is private family home not a hotel :) Although we strive for perfection, we'd appreciate if you can let us know of any concerns you have while staying with us while you are here. Complaining after you leave doesn’t give us the opportunity to make things right! Our only concern is assuring you have a wonderful stay. COMMUNICATION is very important to me. Your safety, security and comfortable stay are all of my concern and I will do whatever I can to ensure your satisfaction while staying with us.
