Sheltered from the city but close to amenities such as award-winning restaurants, sporting activities, and shopping. It has an open-air feel with high ceilings, skylights, and comfy nooks for relaxing. Great for a ladies weekend, a man hang or getting together with friends to reconnect. However, we ask that you do not park in the garage. We will be available to speak via cell or email if you have questions or need any help. That said, we also have a handy man and housekeeper nearby in an emergency. Very quiet with other neighboring homes on other lots. The mix is about 50/50 on people who live there full time and have rental properties. We rarely see many people since we're at the top of a dead end road on a cul de sac. Plus, there's a huge mountain behind our home. It's also located right between a lot of nice towns to visit such as Andes, Margaretville, Roxbury, Pine Hill, Big Indian, and Phoenicia. You'll need a car unless you decide you want to hike down Route 28.
