"Stay in Style" in a well-established neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is a very quiet area conveniently located in Asheville. The home is in surrounded by woods and you may observe a flock of turkeys taking off to roost in the trees. Appreciate the peaceful setting, enjoy a leisurely meal on the screened in porch, and relax in the hot tub. Our recently built house has brand-new furniture and an open space living area with large picture windows to gaze into the sunset and enjoy the mountain views. You feel like you are living in a tree house. A screened-in porch and an open deck with a BBQ invite you for complete relaxation. We are very proud that the home is fitted with 28 solar panels helping to combat greenhouse gas emissions and reduce our collective dependence on fossil fuel. We also provide an EV charger in your private garage. The location is extremely convenient, 10 minutes of a straight stretch to downtown Asheville, 4 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and 10 minutes to the Biltmore House. A supermarket and local restaurants are a few minutes away. We are proud of the well-stocked kitchen that was expertly designed by Barbara (the other homeowner, a former international chef). The practical layout allows for cooking with family and friends and we made sure that glassware and dishes are plentiful. The basic essentials are available and we even provide coffee, tea, and fresh fruit. All three bedrooms are on the second floor with two full baths. The master bedroom has a seating area for quiet reading, watching TV or relaxing. The other two bedrooms have wonderful mountain views. The loft has a sofa bed and a desk area. All rooms have a contemporary design. Good lighting and comfort are what is important to us and that is how we designed the house. We built this house to provide a pleasant stay in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our home is just across the street and we will do our best to provide you with our hospitality while respecting your privacy. For your security we do have a video Ring Doorbell and a Ring Camera which monitors the cul-de-sac and parking area. These devices are not recording any public space.
