The bungalow is a completely separate cottage from the main lakehouse where you will receive an exclusive key pad entrance to unlock your way to a spacious style bungalow. The Wine Down has a bathtub/shower combination and closet with linens/towels. Dinette for two, kitchenette including mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig and varieties of kcups and tea. The seating area includes two swivel cushion chairs for watching TV and relaxing. One comfortable queen size bed with extra pillows and linens for your convenience. ***New winter 2021, new mattress and Mitsubishi heating and cooling throughout. Large grill for exclusive use provided outside along with a table and two chairs. The bungalow is ideal for individuals looking to take in the FLX region and all of its offerings. We are in a perfect location to numerous wineries and lake viewing points. Less than a mile down the road is Roy's Marina where you can rent all your watercraft needs for the day. Additionally, we are less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Geneva and numerous restaurants to explore during your time. ***Note: This rental comes with shared access only to the dock with our larger 4 bedroom home renters. All other waterfront such as firepit, decks, and etc is not shared and exclusive only to the renters of the larger home. Please be mindful of one another.
