This is a cozy and inviting Waterfront Cottage for any Family or Group to enjoy year round. Located on North side of Lake Mitchell with direct access to Lake Mitchell & Lake Cadillac. Great for Summer and Winter Vacation Getaway! This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage that can sleep 6. Bathroom is equipped with shower (no tub) Main bedroom has Queen Bed. 2nd bedroom has Queen bed and Full size (mattress) bunk beds. Both bedrooms have amazing views of the water. Kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils to prepare your meal at the cottage. Coffee maker, Coffee and Tea will be available. Towels, Linens, pillows, extra blankets provided. Cottage is equipped with cable TV. Back side (facing the water) is all window so the view is amazing. Fire pit in the summer months for those marsh mallows & other goodies. Beautiful patio right on the water to relax and watch the sunset. Gas grill available for cooking dinner. Hard sandy bottom, clear water that is awesome for swimming and fishing is great off the dock. Also the dock can be used for your boat or jet ski. Golfing in the area is outstanding. Direct access to Lake Mitchell, 2500 acre lake. My husband and myself are both available via text or phone 24/7. We will be here for any questions or needs that arise Lake Mitchell is right out the back door for lots of Fishing, Boating, Canoeing, Kayaking, Ice Fishing & much more. Swimming in the water from your boat or a nearby public beach. Dock is available in the summer to more your boat. Public boat launch is not far away. Snowmobile and ORV trails are close by. Cadillac Snowmobile Festival just outside the front door. Top Notch Skiing & Golf at Caberfae Resort & Crystal Mountain Resort. Adventure Island Amusement Park with go-carts, bumper boats, water slides, mini-golf, & more Pine River canoeing, tubing, paddle board, rafting, & more.
