Sunset Point is in a residential neighborhood but centrally located to local supermarkets and shopping. Since we are on the water, you can choose to go to restaurants by boat! The beach is a short ride away. Downtown Fort Lauderdale is less than 20 minutes away. Miami and South Beach are 45 minutes to the south. Boca Raton is 15 minutes to the north.
