Shore Room - Waypoint House B+B

Waypoint House is a full service Bed and Breakfast. Walking into the Shore Room feels like entering your favorite beach retreat. Located at the back of the house on the second floor, this cozy room features overlooks of our mature gardens. The Shore Room also has an en suite bathroom with tub and shower. Please note that accessing this room requires the use of a staircase. A hot, homemade breakfast is part of your B+B experience! This beach-themed room also offers overlooks of the back gardens and offers an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Cozy bathrobes are provided for your convenience. Breakfast is included with your stay! Please let us know about any dietary restrictions during the booking process. Guests have access to their room, the parlor on the main floor, the dining room, and the outside garden areas. The dining room has a shared mini-fridge for guests to use for storage of personal items. All reservations are self check-in. You will receive detailed instructions prior to your arrival. Owners live on property. Check-in is between 3:00-6:00pm. Check -out is 11:00am. Located in the historic district of Berryville, we are just two blocks from our Main Street where you can enjoy shopping and multiple dining options. Off-street parking available on the property. We are not located near public transportation options. Pets live in residence but are kept to the owners quarters while guests are on property. All rooms are located on the second floor of the house accessed via a staircase. We do not offer any first floor rooms. Outside surveillance is used to secure the outside parking areas. We cannot accept children under the age of 10. If you are traveling with a child age 10 or older, please call the inn directly to make arrangements. State and local taxes will be collected from the guest at the time of check-in. Taxes, which are separate from Airbnb room charges snd service fees, are not collected by Airbnb. Taxes due will be 9.3% of the total room rate.
