This is a safe & relaxing space for family & friends to unwind after a busy week of work or play. Our farm is just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and a historical downtown. Only .4 miles from the exit. Inside the city limits, but with a country setting. Our 4bed/2bath home features all of the essentials you need to feel right at home. Wake up and enjoy nature through the large front window. Picnic table and BBQ available for cooking and eating outside too! Guest has access to entire home, as well as front yard. Caretaker is available on site. 10 minutes from Historical Downtown McKinney. 15 minutes from Heard Natural Science Museum. Tupp's brewery in a must see, even if you don't like beer. The entertainment, food-truck & décor is awesome! Dog park at Bonnie Wenk-6 miles Amazing wedding/event venues & local farmer's markets There is SO much to do! I can always share more insider tips, just ask! :) Only .4 miles from the exit. Close to McKinney's restaurants, shopping, golf course, wedding/event venues, and parks. Three lakes within a 25 to 30 minute drive. Only 40 minutes to downtown Dallas. No pets allowed. Please inquire before reservation if you intend to host a small gathering, we must be notified and a fee is required and it must be approved. We are accepting them less and less due to Covid, however, if doable we will allow them for a fee. Must end before duck. Must have no more than 5 cars. Violation of this rule can result in a minimum charge a $500.
