The second story of the house has 3rd bedroom (master) with separate bathroom and toilet room, and 4th bedroom suite with private bathroom, living area with day bed (2 twin mattresses) & sitting area. Every room is airy and has a nice view. The artisan kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances, refrigerator, pots & pans, utensils, hot water boiler, coffee brewer for K-Cup pod & ground coffee, microwave oven, counter top convection oven. Most of all, it has stunning pandemic view of the lake & gardens. With exceptional long driveway from entrance to the house, you practically stay in complete privacy and quietness. The commercial center of Middletown is less than 8 miles away, where you find department stores, shopping malls, tons of restaurants, banks & other services. Bus service in the town is about 6 miles and train service is less than 3 miles away. The house is equipped with the newest Starlink satellite internet access. Another element to note in the summer is that the water in this region is rich in sulfur. We have a robust purification system in place to reduce such elements. From all what we learn, such element is actually good for hair and skin and no health concern, on the other hand we do understand some guests may feel uncomfortable about it, and we are happy to supply bottled water for drinking upon request.
