You will have access all of the house except one room is for storage of supplies and is locked. You will also have access to side yard. I am available and live close by. I am also available over phone/text message anytime. Check out the local wineries nearby as well as Harbin Hot Springs. Summer brings fireworks on the lake at nearby Clearlake and there are antique shops and great restaurants nearby. The house is on a 20 acre ranch so you will enjoy privacy and its just 6 minutes from downtown. There is a tractor, old truck and storage barn as you might expect from a ranch location but once inside you'll discover a completely modern and new interior awaiting you. We also have Barn cats that are never allowed in the house. If you stay more than one day, I will ask for you to please put dry food out for them, if you don't want to do that then I am more than happy to feed them. I just need to know your preference.
